Every organization has a culture, though sometimes that culture is not optimal!
Schein (2010) explains that as a team navigates through challenges and opportunities, it adapts and learns what works and what doesn’t. Over time, the collective learning of the team grows and deepens into its culture and is then passed on to others when they join the organization.
This meme depicts what not to do to build a positive team culture! Great team leaders do not intimidate or demand a team to have a “great corporate culture” but rather they inspire it.
