Organizational assessment and diagnosis is at the heart of the CSOC Four-Phase Model of Organizational Change. We offer two forms of assessment.

Streamlined (Mini) Assessment

For organizations with less than 100 employees at one site. Includes two days of interviews and observation of work processes, review of findings with leadership group, SWOT analysis, and next steps action plan.

Comprehensive Assessment

For organizations with more than 100 employees and/or multiple sites. Larger organizations often develop challenges in continuity of leadership and process among the divisions and this requires sufficient interviews, observation, and study in order to understand the more complicated organizational dynamics. The scope of the project will be based on the needs of your organization.
